January 2026 update: 

I am deeply grateful to the clients who have entrusted me with their work since I opened this firm in January 2024. Together, we have accomplished meaningful, substantive work in support of organizations, projects, and people doing good in their communities. Our practice has grown steadily in both scope and impact, and I am thankful for the trust, collaboration, and shared values that have made that growth possible.

As our practice has grown, so has my responsibility to ensure that existing client matters continue to receive the level of care, attention, and thoughtfulness they deserve. To support that commitment, and to allow the work already underway to continue to deepen and mature, I will be temporarily pausing use of the online scheduling system beginning January 1, 2026.

During this period, I expect to take on a limited number of new matters in 2026 on a selective, values-aligned basis, primarily through referrals from current or former clients. Prospective clients who believe there may be a good mutual fit are welcome to email or text me directly to inquire about availability. I continue to offer brief (approximately 20-minute), no-cost introductory conversations to assess fit and scope.

If I am unable to assist, I am often able to suggest a referral to another attorney or resource who may be better suited to the matter.

While my default is virtual (Zoom) meetings, we can also meet by phone, at my office in Eugene, or I can travel to you when it makes sense (such as for trainings), as long as we plan together.
